TicketWeb again changed their system and I can't seem to get it to work at all with their system. TicketWeb seems bent on preventing clients from grabbing data externally for some reason. I have tried to work with their development staff and have even requested a web service for this. I have come across roadblock after roadblock. If you find a better way to do this I would appreciate knowing.
Old update: Beta 2 works only with the new TicketWeb system. I am told all TicketWeb accounts will have been completely migrated to the new TicketWeb system as of 3/12/2007. If you are using the old CFTicketWeb then you MUST upgrade to this version.
This CFC is a quick way to export events from your TicketWeb admin for importing into your system or viewing a report locally. This CFC currently only gets data from the Event Link Report in the TicketWeb client tools.
You must have a TicketWeb client login to use these tools. They are worthless to you if you do not :)
You will require your TicketWeb client login username and password, as well as your OrgID. The OrgID can be found in the URL string or "view source" once you are logged in.
I fixed the bug that created a TicketWeb error when importing events when the start and end months were the same. Made some minor modifications to the CFC to allow dates to be passed easier and prevent user error when passing dates. Enjoy!
Also, as a side note, TicketWeb reports only allow 300 records at a time to be pulled in their reporting system, the rest will be dropped. There's no way to control this number, to my knowledge.
Edit: Not sure if the above is still true. We do not currently have more than 300 events in the new system so I am unable to test this at this time.
